Reservation and cancellation policies

We are pleased to securely store the luggage for early arrivals.

We will ask an estimated time of arrival when you make a reservation.

A confirmation of your reservation, will be sent to you within 24 hours including the the applicable rates and dates.

To reserve you must make a deposit equivalent to one night's stay. Your deposit is fully refundable if we are informed of a cancellation at least 5 full days prior to the expected day of arrival. If you cancel within very short notice, i.e. you did not give us at least 5 days notice, your deposit is not refundable. If you check out before the initially agreed upon departure date, you will incur full charges for all nights reserved.
